📌 Step-by-Step Registration Process
Access Registration Portal
Visit the official event registration page.
- Registration and hotel bookings should be completed before August 14th, as the event will commence on August 15th and 16th.
Select Organization Type
New Organization – Not previously registered.
Registered Organization – Already registered in our database.
Fill in Organization Details
For Registered Organizations, the details must exactly match existing records.
For New Organizations, fill in all mandatory fields accurately.
Enter Participant Information
Add participant details including name, designation (e.g., Director, Manager, etc…), and contact information.
Hotel Accommodation (Optional)
Choose if hotel accommodation is required (2-bed shared room).
Review & Confirm
Double-check all entered information.
Payment
Pay applicable fees via available online methods.
Confirmation
A confirmation email and receipt will be sent once payment is successful.
